I spent fifteen years running customer-facing operations. Eight of them were at Tesla, where I was a general manager over multi-site sales, service, delivery and retail across the Northeast and Southwest. After that I ran Lucid Motors' Silicon Valley market. Before cars I sold licensed apparel in New York.

A decade of running sales, service, delivery and fleet operations taught me that the constraint is almost never the product. It is whether the data underneath the operation is good enough to decide on. That is what I build now, through Rare Index and Rare Integrations.

I live in Las Vegas and work globally.

01 Experience

General Manager, Multi-Site Operations Tesla, 2016 to 2024

Led sales, service, delivery and retail operations across the Northeast and Southwest, with P&L responsibility exceeding $300M and organizations of more than 100 people. Four promotions in eight years, from Owner Advisor to General Manager. Led North America in sales volume and productivity multiple times.

Moved more than 3,500 delivery vehicles a quarter against fixed windows, and ran a service operation handling 150 or more vehicles a month across in-shop, mobile and virtual channels. Built the enterprise fleet relationships with Hertz, Kaptyn and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, and was the transportation liaison for Elon Musk and his executive team on Las Vegas visits.

Market Leader, Silicon Valley Lucid Motors, 2024 to 2025

Ran headquarters operations and the flagship studios, roughly 50 people and a $5M P&L. Owned planning and execution of the Gravity SUV launch at CES, working directly with VP and C-suite leadership against a fixed public date.

Senior Account Executive Outerstuff, 2012 to 2016

National retail partnerships across the largest licensed sports apparel business in North America, and merchandise operations for the 2014 Super Bowl, the 2015 MLB All-Star Game and the 2015 World Series.

Account Manager Haddad Brands, 2010 to 2012

Wholesale and retail accounts across licensed children's apparel brands, working with national retailers on merchandising, forecasting and product launches.

Rare Index Founded 2025

Institutional-grade pricing, benchmark and identity data for alternative assets, built on licensed data partnerships and historical market records. Fine wine benchmarks are licensed from Liv-ex, the exchange for fine wine since 2000. Currently pre-launch.

Rare Integrations Founded 2026

An operations technology practice. I redesign workflows and connect business systems so leadership teams get visibility instead of manual process, across sales, service, customer experience and the back office.

Both sit under Rare Holdings Group.

03 Advisory and writing

Since 2025 I have advised institutional investors, private equity firms and consulting organizations through invitation-only expert networks, on automotive retail, electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, operational excellence and customer experience.
